There are lots of different models of healthcare privatisation, so this question is super speculative.
I've only two guesses that are more than just fantasy:
1) Pay rates to rise. This is based on the current rates locum shifts demand, a demand that is driven by a (partially) free market, being way way higher than regular NHS pay.
2) Training times (graduation->consultant) to shorten, purely because that's what happens elsewhere in the world. Also I suspect dealing with more self-accountable individuals is easier to manage in a private model.
