    Hello i am just failed my maths exam AGAIN and i could of got a D if the stupid exam board didnt change the grade boundaries. I would like to sue OCR for changing the boundaries. please help.

    You can't sue OCR for changing their own grade boundaries.

    you should contact a local solicitor in the first instance; they will advise whether, and how to proceed.

    The boundaries change every single year depending on how the whole country performed. If everyone on the whole got more marks than last year then everyone would get high grades, making them worthless, so the boundaries need to be adjusted.

    It's common sense that sometimes some exam papers are 'easier' than others in different years for the same subject, so the boundaries are changed to compensate for this.
