sorry if this is not the right area

can i leave my job if its harming me physically and mentally? im already depressed and its making me worse. they made us work 7 hours straight, standing up, bending down, lifting things, with no break. which i am sure is illegal. also they made us do overtime after clocking out. if we were tired and put our arms down to rest for a few seconds someone would come and rush us back to work. i feel like this is unacceptable but will jobcentre accept it as a reason to leave? i was there a week

also its zero hours contract at very inconvenient times. the pain i went through last week is really not worth minimum wage.

    It seems like you're stuck.
But the conditions you are working under are certainly not acceptable. No breaks and unpaid overtime is probably illegal. I would even suggest to take legal actions, otherwise the job centre might think you are lying. Job centre will probably want to see evidence for your claim (that's the feeling I get).
