I know this is quite an old thread now however, I was placed on the reserve list in June 2017 and was given a provisional offer in Nottingham on 3rd July this year. Sent off everything that was requested but still haven’t heard anything back. How long did it take for everyone’s pre employment checks to go through? And is anyone else working in a customer service role? If so how are you finding it?
