The university that I wish to attend states that they will consider three A-level results, "the most relevant three subjects" they say.
I am aiming at natural science, and I take Math, Further Math, Chemisty and Physics. Which three subjects will be considered? I heard some rumors that Further math is often combined with math to be judged as one subject, will that be the case?

It will depend on if you've chosen a branch of natsci but normally they'd ignore your further maths result (unless you're applying for a physics or maths focused natsci course).

Pretty sure they will be separate although it does heavily depend on the university. E.g. Bath doesn't count further maths as one of the three subjects for the Natural Sciences offer.
