    im really upset...i dont want to wash my special elmo and nirvana tshirts coz they might get boobles ...moan moan moan
    what can you wash clothes with so they wont get bobbles...

    hand wash with moisturising soap and then brush them over with a fine brush to remove any xs fibres

    i did it once will dove soap and it smelt lovely afterwards AND all the bead work was still intact afterwards

    No, but I have heard that that is what you do with really delicate clothing that you don't want to dry clean.

    Just don't wash them. I hate it when clothes get ruined in the wash. When they shrink, lose shape... It's not so bad when I'm at Uni and go to the laundrette (you can follow the instructions properly) but back at home, my Mum always puts my clothes at the wrong temperature or tumble dries them... so frustrating...

    Anyway, that Nirvana wouldn't be a great loss...

    I feel your pain. I though I was the only person with a mother who wasn't a domestic godess. I get so jealous of people who's mum's can get daz whites and make your clothes look like they've been ironed by a steam roller. All I get is a bleach stain on the crotch of my black tousers and my new dress shrunk to the size of a hankie....sob!!!
