I spend a LOT of time alone. I often go to coffee shops or out for lunch alone and will sit there quite happily for hours. I take myself on days out - walking, to the beach, out into the hills etc. I will go swimming/gym on my own. I have even, on occasion, gone solo to the cinema.

I have good people in my life but sometimes they're busy. Often, I just don't want to talk to anybody. I seem to need time away from the constant buzz of conversation or drama. A natural introvert, some would say.

Do you find this strange? Or do you do the same thing sometimes? People have commented that it's weird but I just don't seem to need people around that much.
