I'm looking for a Bsc hons APPLIED psychology degree that is nearby. Meaning the furthest I'll travel for is an hour. I'm avoiding plain psych at all costs, just because I don't like the science areas like biological, cognitive etc. I am more into forensic, clinical, sport etc. If I can't find any, I will do psych joint with criminology.
The closest I've seen is Manchester college which is not BPS accredited! Bolton university is half hour drive but the campus it is located at is in York :/ University of Chester is an hour away but again, the actual campus is a two hour drive!! Everywhere else in Manchester is a postgraduate course and I'll be study clinical + forensic psych for postgraduate.
For personal reasons, its not possible for me to move away, or study anywhere too far.
Has anyone got any suggestions to study this degree not far from Manchester?

Hello, University Centre Shrewsbury (UCS) offers Applied Psychology. UCS is run in partnership with the University of Chester and Shropshire council. By car you are right it would take a while to commute, but if you live near Manchester it is only just over an hour by train to Shrewsbury and our facilities are only a short walk away from the station :train2:
Have you considered commuting by train?
