Has anyone succeeded with a clinical undergraduate degree? Do you think they are worth it?
Anyone done forensic mental health advance practice MSC at Manchester uni? How was it?
Could counselling undergraduate get you into Clinical postgraduate?

If I did a BSc (hons) in counselling psychotherapies at Salford university and then a MSC in forensic mental health advance practice at Manchester universety, could I do a clinical psychology doctorate? It links to my masters but would it matter that I didn't do a pure psychology degree as I showed skills like CBT, and going in clinical placements?
What about doing a BPS accredited psychology degree in Clinical and abnormal psych at ARU? Its not pure psych but it links to the doctorate and is approved by the BPS?
You can do a conversion degree http://careers.bps.org.uk/area/clini...o-i-become-one

However, I wouldn't put your life on hold for 5/6 years for the slim chance of becoming a clinical psychologist (its a way oversubscribed course).
