My instructor arrived late today and I didn't get to do a lesson beforehand. I failed with 5 minors and 1 serious. Is that good? I failed at pulling in front of a car at a blind junction. Will I pass 2nd time?

I took 3 attempts to pass, one of them because the test centre was on a blind junction and I too pulled out in front of a car. I know some people who failed because of the way they drove out of a one way street!
5 minors is good! as long as they weren't all for the same thing, like checking mirrors

The more practice and confidence you get the easier it'll be the next time, you're unlikely to get the exact same route again so hopefully you wont get the blind junction!

    good luck!

I passed on my 3rd attempt, so don't stress out about failing 1st time ! 5 minors is good tbf! I'd say practice, practice, practice between now and your next practical test. You may not get the same test route next time, so hopefully you won't get a blind junction. Good luck !

Were they mistakes you'd normally make in lessons, or do you think that it was nerves? On average, people who pass do so with six minors, so you're probably not far off. Just make sure you have enough extra lessons beforehand (for confidence more than anything else) and maybe aim to do some more blind corners?
