Hey guys, So I'm doing some last minute UCAS application, and I got stuck on this. So a little background history on myself. I have lived in Belgium for 9 years, and moved to Denmark last year, thus I have in total lived in the EU for the past 10 years. I will be getting a Belgian Citizenship over this summer as I could not apply for a citizenship before turning 18.

But through UCAS I followed their questionnaire to determine my Residential Category, and I keep landing on EU National (non-UK Citizen) but I'm not.

So let me show you the questionnaire

Q1Are you a UK or EU national or the direct descendant (child or grandchild) or the spouse or civil partner of a UK or EU national?YESgo to question 2NOgo to question 6

Q6Are you an EU national or the direct descendant (child or grandchild) or the spouse or civil partner of a UK or EU national?YESgo to question 7NOgo to question 8

Q8For any of that three year period, have you only been living in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or OT to receive full-time education?YESgo to question 9NOcode: EU national (non-UK citizen)

So,... Is UCAS wrong? or am I actually an EU National?

    P.S I'm South Korean

    What passport do you have?

Individual unis usually base your fee status on the country you are normally resident, excluding for reasons of education, not your citizenship
