I'm applying for the undergraduate medicine course 2017 entry and have been offered a chance to book accommodation pre-interview. I was thinking of applying for vine court but have heard it's very quiet!
Don't really know much about them so was wondering whether anyone could help out.
    Am looking for:
    -Good social environment
-Easy to get to the uni
    -Preferably catered
    Thanks

I've got an offer for Pharmacology for Liverpool but was wondering how you are able to apply for accommodation now if you haven't had an interview yet?
People taking medicine get first dibs at accommodation I think

I wouldn't apply for Vine, it's overpriced for what you're getting. Crown is closer to your lecture hall, but I live in Melville and someone in my house does Medicine, so chose between those. it's just about whether you mind sharing a bathroom or not (really, it isnt that bad, and you will almost definitely have to do it in 2nd/3rd year) and how much money you want to spend.

Can give you more info on Melville if you need it!

Gap year applicants with unconditional offers get priority, I believe. I'm currently living in one of the student villages, but I have friends in most accommodation, so feel free to ask me any questions if you like.

I found that looking on search and booking platforms made it a bit easier to see the whole choice of accommodation off campus. Check out websites like studentstay.co.uk. I just sent a booking request though them..
