Retaking Exams

I have recently sent my UCAS application off, and have applied to study Architectural Engineering. However, in the summer I completed my A-levels and received grades CCD in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Therefore I will retaking certain exams in the summer to raise my grades to BBB. I have spoken with each of my previous teachers at length regarding this and they have all agreed that this is a realistic aim and would be happy to predict me these grades. However, as I am no longer a student at this school, I have been advised my UCAS application will include no predicted grades and I will have to apply with the grades I received. I was wondering if there is any process I could go through to help my application be considered, knowing that I am resitting exams.
Thanks!
