    I don't understand the case because in Factortame, it was held that domestic legislation could be overriden by EU law because EU law was supreme??

    Factortame. The courts of E&W disapplied domestic law so EU law could apply. Not necessarily that EU Law is supreme, just more of a fudge.

    My A-Level days are many years ago. I'm almost qualified now! Read the sticky for this sub forum and post your questions. If I see them I will do my best to answer, but quite a few people chip in here and there.
