So I am doing an Access course with DLC.

Only problem is as hard as I try to meet the criteria I always seem to keep getting merits. Only problem is I need 15 credits at Distinction for university.

Is there anywhere else online that I can do maybe a few credits with but not a full course.

Would universities be ok with an access course and additional modules/credits

    thanks

No, you can't just take extra modules to meet your offer. Your offer says that you need 15 credits at distinction from your course. So you need 15 credits at distinction from that course, and not just anything else you try to pick up.

You can't just pick up extra credits from other course to 'top-up', so to speak. You will need to acheive your distinction in the access course.
If you are struggling it is worth speaking to a lectuer on your course - or, idealily, your personal tutor if you have one - to find out where you are missing the marks from and what you can do to improve your marks.
Is it though essays? If so it's maybe to do with your syntax not being clear, or referencing issues etc.
Is it in structured tests, like multiple choice tests? It could just be that your study techneiques don't work and you need to find new ways to understand and remember your material.
An access course is an oppertunity for you to learn these types of skills so that you can perform at university levels from the beginning of your course so it is a good oppertunity to try out what works for you and to take the chance to ask tutors questions about how to get the best learning experience.
