Why don't u join the libertarians? Deputy leader Quamquam!
QQ is a great guy that I have no qualms with (that's a compliment for me to say in regard to a Labour, js) however I don't think he's quite compatible

It's a kind offer and I wish your party all the best but I do feel that my political views are better suited to the Labour Party.

Except he isn't libertarian, that's like me saying DMcGovern would make a great UKIP leader, it's irrelevant.

I mean he would, because he's got a brain so he'd close it down.

DMcGovern would make a great UKIP leader, he will be the new Alan Sked, and drift UKIP to the left

'drift to the left' is probably the understatement of the century

Labour did move backwards when he stepped down as leader

I used to be in the Liberals, albeit just for a week. Why do you think I should defect?

They'll probably be more centrist, center-left now and you seem pragmatic

You mean like the CC, MEU, TSR Labour? He's not exactly got a very good track record.

I do think the Liberal Party may need to re-brand itself as the Liberal Democrats at some point in the future to differentiate itself from the Libertarians, I must admit.

They originally changed from the LibDems to the Liberals in an attempt to differentiate themselves from RL. I have continued calling them LibDems pretty much the entire time since then so obviously wouldn't be opposed to them reverting.
