    Here are my GCSEs;
    English Literature A, Maths A, English Language B, Religious Studies A, Core Science C, Additional Science C, Geography C French C... and I failed 2 subjects Comp Sci and Drama.
    If I manage to get A*AA or AAA in my 3 A-Levels of Law, Sociology and English Literature will they be okay with the GCSEs? I might do an EPQ which my teachers say I can easily get an A or A* in too, what do you think? I want to study Marketing and Management at Bath. Will my GCSEs be a problem and limit me from this?

    It's not your GCSEs, it's your A levels. Sociology and Law are blacklisted by Russell group and Cambridge. I doubt you'll get in tbh, and the GCSEs aren't good enough either. Sorry mate, but it won't happen.

    Lmao, you're cruel and completely incorrect. If he manages to get high grades in A-Level he has a perfect chance of getting into Russell Group universities. Also, what's this "black list" you are talking about? It's a load of rubbish. Don't be disheartened by this comment. You have every chance.

    That's only for Cambridge though.

    OP, your subjects are fine and what you get in your A-levels is a lot more important than your GCSEs.

    Ahh I see, yes for Cambridge they clearly only like 1 of my subjects lol but most Russel Group Universities are okay with English Literature and Sociology, but Law is just 'not preferred', so if I got say AAA, it wouldn't be too much of a problem then?

    Thank you, I hope so, I really want to study Law at UCL or Nottingham! But I'll look into it more and if my teachers say that I would be at a disadvantage.
