Hello, I was just wondering if in a scenario you charge the defendant with ABH against one victim then there is another ABH against a different victim, would you have to re-write all ABH twice and apply it to the separate victims?

You have to go through the process to conclude that it is ABH (the actus and mens), which may differ between the victims. This would be two separate offences so should be dealt with one after the other.
