Do it - going to the cinema isn't exactly a social thing!

I saw 'Now you see me 2' alone, to be honest it's a fun experience plus in the cinema you're there to watch the film, not talk to mates!

Never went to cinema on my own. I cannot go to any place alone, considering I don't know anyone, I always stay home

I've never done it, but I don't see a problem with it. You aren't going to be socialising with anyone during a film. I always see people walking into screenings by themselves when I'm at the cinema with friends!

Honestly just do it. If you really want to watch a film then you can still have an enjoyable time on your own. Cinema isn't exactly a great social thing to do anyway if I'm honest. Forget about what other people think & go & have a good time!

    I haven't gone alone, but it's something I wouldn't mind doing.

There are numerous threads on this. Do it and it will be a big boost to your confidence. Perfectly fine to go on your own and you go to watch the film first and foremost. You will wonder why you didnt do it before.

It isnt normal but there is nothing wrong with it.

I sometimes do it myself. Last time was for The Jungle Book last year.

Did it once. I think the fear is of being judged, and I only did it cos I didn't want to miss the film, was a bit isolated, and didn't have any worry about bumping into someone there. Now living in my home city I wouldn't do it in case I bumped into someone I knew. Although I really don't think there's anything wrong with it.
