I just had two of the worst cramps in both my legs. I was in so much pain.

How do I heal the pain that's left - I'm struggling to walk!

This happened to me once years ago, then happened a short while later in the middle of the night, then they never happened again. Maybe it's growing pains.

I highly doubt it's growing pain as that's usually thigh cramps. I'm getting calf cramps

Getting cramps like that at night is the worse, I've had it happen too and it kept be up for a few hours.

Have a pinch of salt and eat a banana, that's meant to help

    Salt does help, yeah.

Bananas don't because they contain potassium - from what I've heard.

Heating pads usually work for me. If all else fails, I take a paracetamol but I try to avoid that.

Their potassium content is exactly why they're helpful

Painkillers, massage the area, warm bath, heat packs, google, ask pharmacist.
