    Just...talk to them like you would a normal person but you have to put in more effort on your side

    Tell a joke, a pun, say something funny to make them smile. Helps us open up a little bit more if we aren't feeling pressured 😌

    Shy people generally find it more difficult to communicate and thus can come across as arrogant, timid etc.

    Give them a chance, and be patient.

    In my experience as a shy person, I really wanna talk but do not have the means or ability to start conversation. So say anything. And maybe you'll get a fully developed response. Depends on if what you say is good enough to maintain a long convo.
