I've been revising via the textbook questions but I can't figure out this question??
    a) describe how you would use a simple respirometer to measure the oxygen uptake of 5g of maggots (5 marks)

    b) a student takes respirometer readings by measuring the distance moved by the marker fluid along a capillary tube in ten minutes. Explain what calculations need to be performed to obtain an hourly oxygen uptake rate per gram of maggots.

    Please help!!! Thanks in advance
