I'm not sure if the i'm having a panic attack.
When it happens my ears feel like they are going to explode, I can't beath properly, the room goes dizy and feels like it's closing in on me. I have no idea why it's happening and I don't know how to stop it.

I'm no doctor (but I am a panic attack sufferer). It may well be a panic attack or it could be a less intense form of anxiety. If this keeps happening, I'd really recommend a trip to your GP to get some professional advice. Hope you feel better soon!
