I work hard in class just like most people, but many of my peers are not on the same level of dedication. They think i am boring in school. Yet when i meet them in a social situation, they say i am fun and quite wild. Why do they judge me, and could this be the reason i don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend? xx -Beth

Because of first impressions and how they work. Chances are, you've met almost all of your classmates in class before then seeing some in a social situation, so their impressions come from how you are in class..

Not 100% sure what you mean by dedication/commitment in this instance though and how it affects how people judge you
