Planning 12 mark answers by doing a for&against table with your points in and then writing a full conclusion. This way you can get tons of 12 markers planned.

Also, remember to always evaluate every point you make in your 12 markers, that's where the good marks are.

Good luck and no matter what results you get, try your best and be proud of your end result!!

Past papers are the best way, the questions repeat themselves a lot!

Flash cards for key terminology is also really helpful.

And try splitting the questions - the 4 markers split into 2 and 2 (first 2 marks for a definition and explanation, second two for an example and reason or elaboration)
The 5 markers are the same, except 3:2 - 3 marks for "describe", 2 for the "and" part

And always address the how far element in the 12 mark essay. It helps a lot of people to plan their essay with the for an against arguments, and always add a conclusion to reach the top band. Adding in perspectives also really help, and whenever you use terminology try to explain it e.g. "Many sociologists would agree to a large extent that social mobility is limited in modern Britain. Social mobility is the idea that individuals can move up or down society's hierarchy"

    Hope that helps!💓
