    Hi,

I'm currently on the first of an 2 year foundation course, I've got the tuition fee and maintenance loan for that but do I need to reapply for tuition fee and maintenance for the second year of my foundation course?

My uni offers a 1 year top-up that I plan on doing, will I be eligible for tuition and maintenance loans for the top-up year? And what would I need to do?

The uni also offers Level 6 courses, how would funding work if I wish to continue studying?

You need to apply for funding for each academic year that you want funding.

Funding for a top up (which is level 6) will usually be fine but you need to ask your course provider to make sure they haven't had any problems before (funding can be messed up if the course provider doesn't provide the right information to the funding bodies) - the same is true for other level 6 courses.
