Awww get well soon! After tonight it should be gone. Hang in there, be prepared for a feverish/hangover like feeling so keep sipping on water to help prepare for that and it'll disappear faster.

At the end of November last year I was up all night being very, very close to vomiting but only just managing to hold it in by taking deep breaths, but my stomach seizing up everytime I was about to, then shivering a lot, then pood diarrhoea in my bed as I was too weak to get up to go to the toilet despite it being directly opposite my bedroom door.

The next day I didn't eat anything at all until the day after.

The only reason I didn't actually vomit and I took deep breaths to stop myself doing so was because I thought to myself I haven't vomited since 2008, and I'm not going to admit defeat and do so now.

Yeah, i'd say it's traumatising. Thank god you didn't do what I did, I got out of bed and couldn't make it the bathroom so I ended up vomitting on the floor while running to the bathroom… I ended up slipping in it

Take a rest, try and eat and keep a bowl or something nearby. You'll be good in a day or 2 when you're sick it just feels like it'll never end, I hate it!

Drink fluids, lots of em, to avoid dehydration. Diziness can get worse if you're not well hydrated.

    Hypochrondriac at your service.

I was really craving pomegranate before I read this... Thanks, you saved me from having to go out in the rain to buy some.

Jokes aside, keep hydrated and I hope you feel better soon, hope you're doing well also.
