    Is there many lower tier IB's that take on grads and run grad programmes, also what uni would you need to go to to get into the lower tier IB's?

    a target university helps

    oxbridge, lse, warwick, ucl, imperial. doesn't really matter what bank it is, they're all competitive.

    If going to a uni such as Bristol, would I stand a better chance by applying to a lower IB grad scheme?
