    To arrive earlier than required?

If you need them to be somewhere at 11:30 and it is crucial that they aren't late (i.e. a lift to the airport), what time would you ask them to arrive?

Me and my mates always lie to each other and say to meet up 1 hour early coz theres always that one person who's soooooo late. Funny thing is, we all know that we do this, so in our heads we still plan to meet up much later

So if one of us says lets meet up at 1pm, we all know that really means 2pm so we start getting ready for 2pm but still end up meeting like 2:30/3pm or something. We are a nuisance

Yeah I had this friend once and she'd walk really slow and never set off in time! So I'd tell her an earlier time, ask if she was on her way and if she said no I'd say "well I'm nearly there" so she'd hurry up and be on time

No, I tell them to be late because I catch trains everywhere and they are always late.
