    Hello all,

I know that there are quite a few threads on this, which I've spent some time trawling through, but I'm beginning to get a sense of information overload by now! So I thought I would see if I could get some up-to-date opinions on the best way to do GAMSAT prep.

I haven't studied science since my GCSEs (I did well in them but that was a long time ago). So I'd be picking things up from scratch, and I understand that I need to get to:

    - First-year university chemistry
    - First-year university biology
    - A-level Physics

I thought that maybe a good place to start was with the books recommended here - http://gamsatreview.com/Book_Reviews.html - which would basically be short reviews of A-level for each subject - plus Organic Chemistry for Dummies and maybe some Khan Academy.

But I don't know if the GAMSAT Review website is just trying to sell certain books, or if it's achievable to do all this in eight months while working full time.

Any help very much appreciated! Thank you!
