Pending probably just means that they're checking the photo to make sure it's suitable for use in the ID.

They dont let me upload a photo or click on register...as its pending.

British Citizen...

that overseas charge is mighty close to me and i dont like it

i think i will sort out everything on monday

still havent uploaded my picture, with the two days i got, i think i can scan in a good passport picture
