Hi I am a Korean high school student who would have lived in England for 3 years by this March. I lived with my parents for 2 years and my last year in boarding school. Do you guys know whether I am eligible for Home fee for UK universities?

according to this post on UKCISA (http://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information...ics#layer-3834), you're now past 3 years and can apply for Home fees.
