Hey!
Did you check the UEA website - https://portal.uea.ac.uk/accommodation/options ?
Basically all of those options are close as they are on the campus, except Mary Chapman Court which is in the city. Also, the University Village is slightly away from the campus, I would say 10-15 mins walk.

Officially, they can stay in your room with you for a maximum of three nights.
Check this FAQ, might be helpful - https://portal.uea.ac.uk/accommodati...esidences/faqs

We also have Broadview Lodge which people can stay in if they want to visit without sleeping on a floor!

UEA has a few 2 bedroom flats but the other person would need to be a UEA student. If you wanted a non UEA student to stay with you permanently then you would need to look for private off campus accomodation.

Yes we would recommend the private sector if you're looking to live with someone who isn't a UEA student. If you're looking to live with a new UEA student you can mention in the notes this, and the Accommodation Office will try their hardest to make it happen.
