Hi - I've just received my ELAT results for application to cambridge.

I got 30 yet still got an offer from Cambridge?! Can this be right?

I know they are double marked and in previous years Oxford applicants have recieved a mark out of 60 - I am wondering if Cambridge applicants receive results out of 30?

Has anyone got over 30? (or have I managed to get into Cambridge with a very low score..)

    Thanks!

    Congratulations.

Cambridge uses the assessments differently to The Other Place. It's just one more set of data for them, not a pass/fail selection filter.

I got 41 and received an offer!
Not as high as usual offer holders for Oxford but maybe Cambridge dont see it as being very indicative of english aptitude

Well done! No idea how I've managed an offer with such a low score but guess it doesn't matter now.
