I heard from quite a few people that there are lots of students who are rejected by oxbridge come here, so they are upset and not as motivated as other universities. Is that a problem?

Also, I heard that skin discrimination is a big issue as well. I'm an offer holder of Economics and Management and I have a different skin colour, before I reply to the universities I want to get to know a bit more about them, just to make sure I don't make decisions with prejudice.

They are problems that's worth considering, and it will definitely bother me a lot if it really is the case.

I got offers from both Durham/Oxford as a minority. Unfortunately you may come across people with bad attitudes, but this is likely anywhere so you have to kinda be prepared for the worst. However, not all of the people you meet will be like that. 98% will be welcoming.
Which accompaniment is best?
