I'm finding it really hard at the minute. My biggest fear is failure but it's become a self-fulfilling prophecy - I fear failure, so I don't work enough because I'm going to fail anyway, then I get more behind, then don't work enough, and it just repeats. I'm so scared for exams, I feel like I'm going to **** them up and not meet my offers.

It's just so hard to function properly. I've never had to not go into college because of depression but today's the first day I've had to. I'm missing so many lessons. But I can't face it. I have no energy, no motivation, I don't want to face the world. I don't know what to do. How can I deal with college and depression at the same time. It seems like it's either one or the other, treat my illness or pass my A levels.

Go for a run or something, clear your head. Exercise is supposed to help a lot.

Exams start at May depending on subjects. Always maintain a calm attitude. I know things are hard at the moment but on weekends try to distress by disconnecting your self from everything you surround yourself with. You have 4&1/2 months left to revise/test yourself. Don't worry and maintain a study routine, even if its an hour or half an hour for each subject. At least your maintaining consistency.

If things don't go well for you, looking at things rationally you can maybe retake or do your exams as a private candidate. If you still feel like your stuck in a loop. Do something completely different. Put yourself in a different environment, improve your talents and maybe monetize it?

University nowadays in my opinion isn't really worth unless you can apply what you've learnt on the job.

Remember to put your health above everything else, relax, wish you well
