Doing a club at my college for the high school kids all about health. Any ideas of what I could do? Already have a few ideas including making new balanced meals for them to eat. Anybody got any good recipes you don't mind me using? Also any help designing a poster would be greatly appreciated. I know its asking a bit too much but really need help its starting at 12:45 on 26th! Thanks xxx

Maybe a pie chart on what makes a good diet? Or ideas or guides for exercise with photos.

Or maybe an A3 sheet where you draw a human body and show different things like the brain for sleeping, stomach for diet, legs for exercise etc.
