Okay so I have no idea what I'm meant to do
As of next week, I'll be meal prepping and having protein shakes. My aim is to gain weight but not become fat.
I'm trying to gain weight on my thighs and bum and I'm trying to lose weight/tone my stomach.
I'm 5'5, and 154lbs
I guess I don't actually have a question, just give me advice it'll all be appreciated.
What activités to do in gym, how often to take the shakes, what nutrients food should contain... anything!
(also i don't want to look muscly and bulky, just toned)

It's almost impossible to gain weight without gaining fat too - metabolism plays a huge role in this. If you're already a slim person then you will need to eat a lot
Ask gym staff or one of us 'gym rats' for advice on proper technique (we like being asked believe me)...
Deadlifts - romanian, sumo, conventional.
Squats - front, back or hack.
Lunges - walking, front or back - the bigger you stride the more it will work your glutes (bum)
All of the above are the best for working all the lower body muscles.
As for nutrients - don't be afraid of eating fats! I mean good fats - not trans or saturated. So nuts, seeds, avocado need to be included in your diet.
Use bodybuilding forums to find out what good things to eat - They are the real experts when it comes to nutrition for weight loss or weight gain.
