So I've been making the transition to cruelty free and my old foundation has finally run out and it's time to find a cruelty free one... can anyone suggest anything that is available in the UK and not too expensive (though am open to all suggestions)

No 7 and NYX are cruelty free so if anyone has used foundation from either of these that could be good to know

Used to use No7 foundation years ago before I began using Chanel and Nars. Formulation of No7 foundations is surprisingly good for a "drugstore' brand. If you have oily/ combo skin then No7's Stay Perfect foundation is brilliant- long-lasting, transfer-proof and natural.

Is it good coverage? I don't have bad skin but I like to have v. good coverage, not like a thin see through layer

Medium coverage imo. And you can always build up with this foundation.
