I've wanted to be a primary school teacher for a long time, I have applied for uni and got an unconditional offer to study psychology with sociology, it has been confirmed, my first plan was to do my degree in something I enjoy then do a years teacher training but I've since been told I am not eligible to do so because of the degree I am doing, is this true and if so is there anyway around it so I can become a primary school teacher??😜

I've never heard of that before. Most PGCE courses will usually only ask for at least 2:1 in a degree and at least 5 days of work experience in a school.
