    Hi,

I am wondering whether hand tattoos would affect my chances of jobs in the future, or in the more near future, chances of getting a phd.

I'm talking about more subtle ones , such as side of thumb, side of little finger, small tattoos, or inner hand on fingers, rather than the more obvious, on top of hand on fingers.

    Many thanks

Some people judge tattoos and think they look bad. Obviously, it depends on the career you want to go in to but for any career and for a phd, it could be that the person making the decision sees it as a negative. Is it worth the risk? Just get tattoos above the sleeves and below the neck.
