I'm looking at accommodation for 2017 entry for Kings College London and I was wondering how much difference the KAAS scheme makes to the weekly rent? I don't know if this is a new scheme for 2017 but if not, how much difference did it make for your rents in previous years? Thankyouuuuuuuuuuu

From what I've heard, the KAAS offers rooms at 155 pounds a week, this is a huge difference, the cheapest kings accommodation is 155 pounds a week, the most expensive is 245.

According to their website this means you're offered a place at
    1. Champion Hill, ensuite rooms generally about 190 pounds a week I think
    2. Great Dover Street Apartments, ensuite rooms I think it has been raised to 215 a week
    3. Stamford Street Apartments, ensuite rooms 200 a week I know this for sure
    4. Wolfson House, non-ensuite rooms. 155 a week I know this for sure

So it really depends what accommodation they put you in, however it's likely they'll put you in wolfson house, the cheapest accommodation, but it honestly isn't bad at all, I lived there, yes you do share 4 bathrooms with 20 people, but they're cleaned every day and don't get mank.
Bear in mind Wolfson house is right next to guy's where you'll be doing a lot of studying, provided you're a nurse that is.
