It's so addictive. I'm at the stage now where I do an actual celebration every time I drink plain water to try to reinforce the memory as being positive which hopefully makes me drink it more. I think it's working. I have spend so much money on that hideous lemony drink, it's doing my nut in.

Don't stop suddenly - how much are you drinking now? Well for tomorrow and the first week, cut down one one cup a day, the next week, cut down one cup again eto. Try drinking something else instead of those cups - something like flavoured sparkling water which is still fizzy, and nicer than plain water, so it's not as much of a change than going straight to tap water

Cut down slowly -use your will power and buy one less each week.
I wouldn't advise you to stop suddenly as you can have withdrawal effects -seen first hand in a friend

Drink tea. Cheap, more interesting than water, gets your caffeine fix but not too much.
