On the Cambridge uni website, it says that the entry requirements to study medicine is A*A*A and grade C or above in GCSE double science and maths. Do they actually allow people to study medicine even if they have below grade A in Gcse science and maths?

    Yes, it is possible.

The average candidate has significantly higher grades, though. Someone who has grade C at GCSE science is unlikely to do well at the things that matter: AS UMS (if applicable), BMAT, and interview.
