    But what if I tested the waters, but she responds fine with it.

    E.g. once I did something with my tongue and fingers, usually girls find that creepy, but she didnt respond.

    That's confusing me, does that mean she's into me?

    No, omg? She would have found it creepy, trust me. I hate it when people do that to me. It's just that giving a physical reaction or scowl often induces more torments and taunts from boys like that (from my own experience) so she was probably looking to ignore it and forget you ever did it.

    Please leave her alone - if she's not approaching you and not smiling either, then I doubt she's interested.
