I recently started a new job after graduating from university 6 months ago.

So far, it has been quite good and well a bit different to my year in industry. Today someone at my workplace told me that although the probation period is for 6 months - my fellow peers including them would have to give me a score. I thought they were joking at first but they seemed quite serious and told me to be careful - not in a rude or bad way.

A lot of the young graduates and working professionals seem to be all very friendly and sociable - HOWEVER I know that sometimes you just can't be too laid back or casual within the workplace.

I am an agency worker and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips and advice
