I recently applied to Edinburgh and St Andrews. They required a fee status questionnaire to filled out, which I did, including passports etc. My father is German and my mother is English. I lived in England my entire life, although I do hold both German and British Citizenship.
Edinburgh said I was RUK, whilst St Andrews said Home/Scotland.
Obviously this is a big difference and I was wondering which Uni was right about the assessment, as I do not want any problems with fees later on down the line.
