It's my mocks week and I'm honestly too tired to attempt to revise for anything, is it normal to be this unmotivated? I'm just generally exhausted for no reason and can't bring myself to do any work - where as usually I would be suffering from panic attacks, but I've become lazy and un-phased? I just feel restless, what can I do for motivation?

Completely normal, I get like that all the time and sometimes at the worst of times! At the end of the day, they're only mocks so it's not the end of the world should you do less well than expected just do what you can and think about the consequences of doing badly. Only you will be negatively affected by it so it has to be you doing the work. You might even find you perform better unphased by it all because panic attacks would inevitably have a bad impact on the end result (every cloud!).

Google the Pomodoro method, I find this revision technique is good for maintaining concentration when you quite frankly cba.
