Which is why you keep talking about survival?

So it is nothing to do with survival, it's a simple case of liking killing and eating animals without their consent coz nature and don't like bestially. But hey, if we're accepting "look, other species do this" what about the like of mules, hinneys, zorses, ligers, Tigons and many others? What about cases of animals mounting humans (and I don't mean the cocker spaniel humping your leg)?

    It's to do with adaptation.

Those species are genetically similar enough to produce offspring. There is no animal around which can do that with a human. If neanderthals still existed, that would have a case under your logic, but a horse doesn't.

To you saying "no, animals can't consent" I have one question: are you a vegan? If the answer is no then your argument is logically inconsistent and valueless, if the answer is yes then you're just a moron and your argument is valueless.

And you're just an absolute **** either way.

Humans are biologically designed to eat animals, not to mate with them.

    What complete bs.

Humans kill animals because they can and not because they have to.

You do know that it is a fact that my statement is correct. We are omnivores, designed to eat meat biologically. So not really bs. Whether you choose to fulfill that biological ability is obviously a choice.

Ergo it is a choice to kill animals and eat meat. We are not creatures of instinct, we do not see a pig and go into autopilot to kill and eat it, we go through a moderately rational thought process.

No what you're stating is a complete myth. Humans have being eating meat and hunting for thousands of years because thet wanted to (sometimes for survival) and could but that doesn't mean they were designed for that process. Its like saying men were designed to rape women because they have a penis and they are naturally stronger in strength. Just **** off you irrational moron.
No doubt the masses will be along in a minute spouting the same bs about 'duh omnivores du, we have teeth duh'.

And when the dog mounts the human? You've addressed the cases that lead to hybrids, and completely ignored those awfully inconvenient cases which don't.

Yes it's obviously a choice, but one that is actually normal to make. One we are programmed to make. Not bestiality, which goes against all biological design.

What do you think canines are for then? What do you think the enzymes in our stomachs that digest meat are for then? You are completely delusional.

When does the dog ever mount the human without the human being involved? Please share all of these widespread cases of dogs raping humans, that aren't ****ed up anomalies just like bestiality is.

Just because you CAN do something it doesn't mean you were DESIGNED to do it. You could eat another human being and your body would still being perfectly healthy while you ate human.

Just because humans have evolved to eat meat doesn't mean they were designed to?
A similar argument could be made to stop killing innocent plants

Likewise an argument could be made saying that just because humans have been doing something for thousands of years that doesn't mean they need to keep doing it. There are plenty of things done throughout human history that only became immoral fairly recently.

Don't get me started on that mediocre plant argument.

It's the same argument you are using just protecting a different type of life.
Why don't you accept the fact that we are omnivores and if you are concerned about protecting life protect all life

Plants don't have a brain, are not conscious throughout their life. Its a completely different type of life that has no form of conscious existence for that life form.

I would except the fact we are omnivores if we had to eat meat to survive but we quite simply don't. Its like someone trying to say we were born to be christian/Muslim due to thousands of years of indoctrination by the religious regimes.

Your argument that because we don't need to eat meat to survive we are not omnivores and by extension we are herbivores can also be used the other way we do not need to eat plants to survive so we are carnivores.

The science on whether plants are conscious isn't fixed and some scientists say they are and there is evidence to show that they are aware of their surroundings

We're not natural herbivores either as we can still eat meat and survive. However anyone that just has a diet of meat will not live for very long. Where as, the other way around (I.e. those that eat eat anything but meat) are healthy and are on average more likely to live longer than those that eat meat.

Most scientist say plants don't feel pain and those that say they do haven't provided any proof and are just speculating.

Tell that to the Inuit's they lived on meat and lived a healthy life you just have to eat all of the animal.

Correlation does not prove causation, I would be interested to see the studies conducted with people who eat a healthy balanced diet rather than the population as a whole.

Does your pet dog consent to being your pet? No. Does the cow consent to being a burger? No.

So why require consent for some Welsh free time?
    This reasoning is very logical
