Wednesdays and thursdays are days when things get wrapped up

I think it totally depends on what you currently do. I plan my weeks every Sunday in detail and it changes massively from week to week, I can't always have it how you have said as somethings take longer than a week.
For example, my weekly plan from yesterday to Sunday:
Monday: University- methodology work for Independent Study, football at night.
Tuesday: University- seminars and methodology work for Independent Study.
Wednesday: At home- methodology work for Independent Study, prep for teaching placement, cinema at night.
Thursday: University- Lecture then food out with friends, then refereeing football at night.
Friday: Teaching (all day), first day meeting class, play football at night.
Saturday: Morning, prep for teaching. Afternoon, watch football, then possibly go out.
Sunday: Morning, prep for teaching, work on methodology. Afternoon, referee football and relax.

Not any wrapping up this week as an independent study is an on going process.
    Not starting anything new.
Like I said, depends person to person.
Anyone else plan their weeks as detailed as me?
